All Eco Box and Luton bodies are designed and built to be extremely lightweight and durable. We specialise in a body construction and finish that will maintain its looks throughout its full working life.

Using the latest technology and materials, all bodies give maximum payload and cubic capacity. The Flo-line Luton giving up to 18% better fuel consumption whilst maintaining good aesthetics and efficient use of load space.

Our range varies from 3.5t gvw to 26.0t gvw.

3.5 Tonne Box Body

The 3.5 tonne lightweight box body is constructed using a fully bolted alloy underframe, GRP cellular panels with anodised alloy peripherals and an anodised alloy rear frame to give a maximum payload.

7.5 - 18.0 Tonne Box Body

The 7.5 - 18.0 tonne box body is constructed using galvanised steel fully bolted underframe. Premium quality GRP panels and anodised alloy peripherals and fully galvanised rear frame.

3.5 Tonne Flo-Line Luton

A rugged 900grm per square foot GRP laminate is used to give good rigidity and high strength to Flo-Line Luton head. The body is of the same construction as the 3.5 tonne box body.

3.5 Tonne Flo-Line Kit

The full Flo-Line kit enhances the body styling to give aesthetics for both the image conscious large fleet user or small operator when individuality is important.

7.5 - 18.0 Tonne Luton

The Luton head is manufactured with lifting floor and front to accommodate tipping cabs. The general manufacture is as the box body. A large variation of specifications available.
